Have you ever ordered crab rangoons at a Chinese or Thai restaurant? They are delicious little parcels of crab and cream cheese wrapped in a fried wonton. Since we’re trying to eat healthy here, let’s skip the fried outside and just make the filling into a dip.
There’s nothing better than a spicy peanut sauce. And noodles. And noodles mixed with zoodles so you can have more and still feel ok :-). While I love zoodles, I can’t help but feel a little unsatisfied if there aren’t any regular noodles too. If you’re trying to really lower your carb intake, feel free to only use zoodles.
